Please check the main page for your school for instructions for receiving your free boxes, if you miss these dates you will need to use your own boxes.

Our pickup team does not disassemble bed frames. Please have your bed frame taken apart prior to your appointment.

Mattress pads must be wrapped. Garbage bags work well. They also can fit inside our large "boom" box.

Mirrors must be packaged, either boxed or taped in bubble-wrap.

Fridges must be defrosted and cleaned the day before your pickup, otherwise they will leak on your other items and will get moldy. We do not reimburse for mold damage.

TVs / Monitors must be packaged in factory packaging or similar. Home Depot sells TV boxes

Thanks! You're registering for a UPS Shipment. If you're trying to register for a local delivery, go back and choose "Back to my school" under "Where should we deliver your items?" Before your shipment goes out, we will bring your things to UPS and they will give us the price of your shipment. We will then send an invoice to your e-mail address which can be paid online. Once paid the shipment will go out with the next batch of packages.

If anything in your order is not packaged for shipment, UPS will package your items for an additional fee, but this can hold up your shipment from going out on time. We advise any shipping orders be fully boxed before your Boomerang pickup.

Important! Default Declared Value Insurance is $100 / box. If you need to add insurance to any boxes, please contact our office.
