Delivering your storage – How does it work?

Step 1: Register for delivery using the form to the right.
Step 2: The day before your appointment, we’ll load up your storage on our truck for delivery.
Step 3: Your storage will meet you at your room when you return!

What if I need my things before the dates listed?

Our free delivery service only covers the dates on the form, if you’re not returning during that timeframe, you have a couple options.
•You can select the “Custom Delivery” option on the date picker. For a $150 fee, we can deliver on almost any date you’d like (subject to truck availability).
•You could also come to our warehouse and collect your things. You can request this option by e-mailing us at service@boomerangstorage.com

What if I’m going to a different school this year?

If you’re transferring to one of the other schools we have listed here, use the Storage Delivery button on that schools page to register.
If you’re going to another school and need your storage transported there, please email us.

Please check the main page for your school for instructions for receiving your free boxes, if you miss these dates you will need to use your own boxes.

Our pickup team does not disassemble bed frames. Please have your bed frame taken apart prior to your appointment.

Mattress pads must be wrapped. Garbage bags work well. They also can fit inside our large "boom" box.

Mirrors must be packaged, either boxed or taped in bubble-wrap.

Fridges must be defrosted and cleaned the day before your pickup, otherwise they will leak on your other items and will get moldy. We do not reimburse for mold damage.

TVs / Monitors must be packaged in factory packaging or similar. Home Depot sells TV boxes

Thanks! You're registering for a UPS Shipment. If you're trying to register for a local delivery, go back and choose "Back to my school" under "Where should we deliver your items?" Before your shipment goes out, we will bring your things to UPS and they will give us the price of your shipment. We will then send an invoice to your e-mail address which can be paid online. Once paid the shipment will go out with the next batch of packages.

If anything in your order is not packaged for shipment, UPS will package your items for an additional fee, but this can hold up your shipment from going out on time. We advise any shipping orders be fully boxed before your Boomerang pickup.

Important! Default Declared Value Insurance is $100 / box. If you need to add insurance to any boxes, please contact our office.
